I give three tours in central Amsterdam. The first is a 2-hour walking tour of the city. The tour involves presenting the history and contemporary culture of the city in an interesting and informative way. The second is a 2.5 hour food tour of Amsterdam\'s Jordaan district. This tour is much more geared towards people management, producing the right kind of atmosphere for people to enjoy and engage with traditional Dutch food. The third tour is a four hour historical tour of Amsterdam, which involves meeting Amsterdammers with interesting stories and sampling local food and drink. This tour is a blend of the two previous styles, requiring a strong presentation of the history of the city, whilst maintaining a convivial atmosphere.
