About Reagan Kruger

I am a Supply Chain Management major at the University of Tennessee with a collateral in Business Analytics, driven by a passion for people first leadership and relationship building. While I enjoy the technical and analytical side of supply chain, I’m especially motivated by roles that allow me to connect with others and contribute to growth oriented environments, particularly within the sales industry.This past summer, I interned with Pilot Company, where I experienced firsthand how impactful effective communication and cross functional collaboration can be in a large organization. Working alongside teams across operations, logistics, and customer support strengthened my ability to build relationships and create solutions that balance both business goals and human impact.At UT, I stay active in Greek Life and various campus clubs, which have helped me develop strong interpersonal skills, as well as genuine love for working with people. These experiences have shaped how I approach the business world overall. My goal is to pursue opportunities that blend my supply chain foundation with my enthusiasm for people centered work, whether in sales, customer relations, or roles focused on communication and partnership. I’m excited to continue connecting and contributing to organizations that value both performance and people.
