Nothing in my career has been by the book. I am an Undergraduate Logistics Major with a Social Psychology Minor who had her job search upended by the pandemic and discovered a passion in Global Trade. While there, the trajectory of my career shifted as I grew into my own as a tech professional and someone who could drive the team forward with innovations in automation, particularly in Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform Suite.This may seem like a lot of twists and turns, but what links all these stories together is a desire to push myself and solve problems. Whether it\'s exploring questions of human behavior in school or spending hours experimenting till I build the feature I need, I\'ve always had a desire to discover, explore, and solve the problems no matter the constraints that get in my way.And as my coworkers and peers can attest, I keep going and keep working till the job is done.

1. Global Logistics-data Analyst

   My activity in this role has been heavily concentrated in automations and building new solutions. I highlight two of my major projects below and the different requirements as part of the build.Ocean Logistics RFP Engine-I designed an in-house RFP program that allowed the user to send custom templates to our different ocean carrier partners asking for rate submissions as part of our contracting process-I built a database to track response progress and additional features to send automated follow-up messages if no response was received-I put in additional automations to consolidate and summarize the data for stakeholder use.New Lane Management System-Complete End-to-End build which required me to build the individual components starting at the intake process and database-Built over 40 automations and 12 ticketing systems to ensure the stakeholders could spend their time delivering value add to the business instead of working through clicks, emails and different interfaces-Designed a Tableau Dashboard suite to guide the approval and monitoring lane progression-Designed a Tableau Dashboard suite to monitor process KPIs
