As a participant of the Disney College Program, I serve as a Merchandise Cast Member based at Disney\'s Animal Kingdom Lodge. In this role, I provide exceptional guest service while maintaining the immersive storytelling and cultural themes of the resort. My responsibilities include selling products, cash handling, stocking shelves, assisting with product knowledge, and helping guests find meaningful souvenirs and keepsakes during their stay. In addition to working at my home location, I have the flexibility to pick up merchandise shifts across other areas of Walt Disney World Resort, allowing me to gain diverse experience in guest interaction and retail operations in a variety of themed environments.
