As a Front Desk Receptionist at Clean Your Dirty Face, I serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and across multiple communication channels. Managing appointment scheduling, answering phone, email, and in-person client inquiries, and making sure each client has a pleasant and easy experience are all part of my duties. Additionally, I assist retail operations by marketing and selling membership packages and skincare goods. I am also given keyholder responsibilities, which include keeping the front area tidy and orderly and opening and closing the store on my own.
