   As part of the leasing and turn team, I supported property operations and resident services during peak housing transitions in the Avenue and the Boulevard. My responsibilities included- Conducting unit assessments to identify maintenance needs such as painting, repairs, appliance checks, flooring, lighting, and safety issues- Documenting property conditions and tracking progress using Excel spreadsheets for hundreds of units- Coordinating with painters, cleaners, and contractors, then performing final “sparkle” inspections to ensure units were move-in ready- Preparing and organizing resident move-in packets, distributing key fobs, and assisting with lease and rent payment follow-ups- Managing resident email inquiries, addressing move-in concerns, and providing clear communication to both students and parents- Collaborating with a large team to streamline processes, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction.Through this role, I gained hands-on experience in property management operations, strengthened my communication and customer service skills, and built strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
