During technical assessment of the Sir C.V. Raman Block, had to conduct a comprehensive energy audit to quantify thermal dissipation and evaluate the building’s overall efficiency. This involved calculating critical U-values and R-values across the structural envelope to identify areas of high thermal transmittance and heat resistance. By analyzing these metrics, I pinpointed significant thermal bridges and proposed targeted preventive measures, such as high-performance insulation and advanced glazing upgrades. These strategic recommendations were designed to minimize energy waste, optimize indoor temperature regulation, and provide a data-driven framework for reducing the facility\'s long-term operational costs and carbon footprint.
