   After starting my journey as a medical consultant in the Austin and Temple region, I was honored to advance into the role of Orthopedics & Trauma for the College Station territory. My focus has been on joint replacement, trauma, and robotic-assisted surgery, and I’ve worked hard to develop a well-rounded understanding of the clinical and operational needs that drive successful outcomes.In my current role, I’m in the OR regularly, supporting live surgeries and providing real-time education to surgeons—especially during complex revision cases. I also serve as a go-to resource for robotic surgical technologies, using my OR experience to troubleshoot intraoperative challenges and ensure seamless execution.Beyond the operating room, I proactively conduct sales calls, in-services, and clinic visits to build and maintain strong surgeon relationships, which directly supports territory growth.
