I\'m a third-year Finance student at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business currently pursuing a career in real estate development. Through my work as a Development Analyst at Raintree Investment Corporation, I assist with development underwriting, due diligence, and market research to evaluate potential projects and support development strategy.At the University of Utah, I’m involved in the Business Scholars Program, Real Estate Club, and serve in a leadership role with InterVarsity, where I help organize events and lead small group discussions. I’ve also participated in projects such as the Utah Real Estate Challenge, where teams analyze real development sites and present feasible development plans to industry professionals.Alongside my academic and real estate work, I founded Sawtooth Sites, a web services agency focused on helping small businesses improve their online presence through web design and SEO. Running the business allowed me to develop strong client relationships while building skills in project management, problem solving, and communication.Originally from Boise, Idaho, I enjoy skiing, hiking, and mountain biking throughout the Rocky Mountains. I’m always interested in connecting with others involved in real estate, development, and private equity.
