   Created a 6-month lagging indicator report to track transactional and ROI volume for RPA projects- AI leader on the BPI team identifying use cases for AI and how to bridge AI with automation- Led discovery of the death notification process and recommended solutions to centralize and create an exceptional user experience that minimizes inputs, maximizes outputs and automates workflows- Identified and led use cases to utilize AWS IDP software to improve the transition process and minimize inputs and errors, while increasing the speed of the transition effort (pre and post join date)- Created modular RPA workstream to shorten time to market, as well as minimize bugs and KTLO efforts- Monitored process performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement- Created proof of concept to leverage AI to complete department Lean Operational Effectiveness reviews and provide recommendations to improve.
