I am an award-winning media designer, a talent maximizer and effective cross-functional leader and process coach. Lead a team of 50 creative employees, including art directors, graphic designers, media developers, videographers, audio engineers, animators, and software engineers in North America to design and develop world class learning/performance improvement solutions for Fortune 500 companies. I most recently served as the Director of North America Creative Media and Development for GP Strategies Corporation Learning Experience Design Division and have steered operationalization of various strategic opportunities including innovative methodologies and new client work. I excel in supporting the strategic vision by collaborating with clients and with our teams to drive value and by asking questions critical for successful design solutions.
