As a peer facilitator, I provided support and feedback to a group of 10 Global Scholars members with difficulties arising from group dynamics or project management. The team I am overseeing is currently partnered with the High Atlas Foundation. High Atlas Foundation is based in Marrakesh, Morocco and is dedicated in sustainable community development. My role focuses on creating essential weekly presentations with updates, reminders, and recommendations to assist members with their assigned deliverables and projects.

ABOUT BARDHI
Hello! My name is Rea and I am currently a senior at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. I strive to be a curious yet critical thinker that loves to strengthen and advance my analytical skills in order to integrate them into the world of progressive policy research. With a minor in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences, my interests in statistical and technical analysis are further developed by implementing coding skills and big data into real-life social situations. Throughout my experience in the Global Scholars Program, Michigan Institute of Progressive Policy, and the Roosevelt Network, I have enhanced my role in my local communities and applied myself into programs that have allowed me to acquire knowledge in research-based writing, project facilitation, and policy development and implementation.
