Configure and Maintain Workday: Set up and manage various Workday modules, such asHCM, Payroll, Talent, Time Tracking and Absence ensuring they meet the evolving needs ofthe business. Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using CustomReports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT and Workday Studio Experiencewith Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards). Ability to help resolveintegration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution. Administer the System: Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday Configurations andintegrations. Lead Workday projects and Issue Logs to support HR processes and datagovernance. Oversee the management of security roles, user access, and workflowprocesses within the Workday environment. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular audits, troubleshootingdiscrepancies, and overseeing the quality of data entry. Develop reports, graphs, charts andperform quantitative/statistical analysis and display the results as meaningful insights insupport of human resources operations. Managing system integrations within thearchitecture of the Workday system Analyzing and translating business and functionalspecifications and change requests into technical specifications. User Support: Provide continuous support to P&C team members and other users, resolvingsystem-related issues and answering queries. Provide HR data, reporting and analytics toenable and support effective management, decision making and prioritization of HumanResources business decisions. Make recommendations on design and implementationapproaches for solutions related to HCM, Security, System Architecture and Interfaces.
