As the designated branch transition and implementation manager, I lead the implementation of tailored logistics solutions for clients across several verticals. I manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring operational readiness, system integration, and stakeholder alignment. My role blends strategic account management with deep technical understanding of Expeditors’ systems and global logistics infrastructure.Key Responsibilities- Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects across multiple verticals- Map and optimize logistics workflows to align with client KPIs and service expectations- Coordinate cross-functional teams across various time zones (operations, IT, customs, and account management)- Ensure data accuracy and system integration across platforms (e.g. Expeditors Order Management Platform, TMS, EDI, API etc)- Act as primary point of contact for clients during transition phasesIndustry Experience- Retail & e-commerce- Automotive & aftermarket- Aerospace & defense- Healthcare & pharmaceuticals- Industrial manufacturing
