I build ML systems and research frameworks that improve hiring decisions across a large global organization at Amazon. My work spans applied machine learning, workforce analytics, and NLP, turning messy behavioral signals into models and tools that inform how the business operates.Day to day, I develop candidate selection models, design detection systems using unsupervised and supervised methods, and build GenAI-powered tools that have reduced research cycle times. I write the white papers that translate what the models find into language leadership can act on. Most of my work lives in Python, SQL, and PySpark on AWS.Before Amazon, I built data products and analytics tools at Hanover Research and the World Bank. I have presented original research at the SIOP Annual Conference on topics including survival analysis for recruiter onboarding, false negative identification in hiring pipelines, and job design analysis using NLP and multinomial regression.I care about building things that work and that people actually use.
