About Rachel Giles
I am an LCSW specializing in families and children. I have worked in the field as a mentor and life skills coach for at risk children, a parenting skills coach, a DJJ outreach worker, a TDT counselor, and as a Clinical Coordinator for Therapeutic Day Treatment. I have also been a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for community based services and have provided outpatient therapy. I am currently a Behavioral Health Supervisor for three sites at a comprehensive addiction treatment facility. I have specialized training in leadership, child abuse awareness and prevention, trauma and grief counseling, parenting skills, substance use, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, MI, PST, and am certified in EMDR. I am a member of the NASW. I love the field of social work and the joy I gain from truly making a difference in the lives of others.
