Set up a fully agile fulfillment center from scratch : cross border shipping, just-in-time inventory management, WMS, sourcing & QA- Reduced average cross-border fulfillment time from 27 days to 14 days, Customer refund rate from 5.6% to 1.2%. Increased operating margin from 35% to 60+%. Increased NPS score from 12 to 41- Post-COVID-19 when most factories in China got shut down and most competing companies lost up to 70% of the revenue of the month, we managed to gain 3 times the regular factory capacity else, resulting in minimal losses- Ideated and launched a hugely successful “quick ship” feature, working closely with the product and marketing team, thereby improving conversion rate by 16%.
