I work with leadership teams across private markets and asset & wealth management, including family offices, on finance and operations initiatives that span the broader enterprise.Over the course of 16+ years across asset management, fund administration, and consulting, my experience has spanned front, middle, and back office functions. I bring an integrated perspective that helps organizations understand how decisions in one area of the enterprise create downstream implications across finance, operations, and reporting.My work focuses on operating model design, process improvement, data and reporting, and the thoughtful use of technology to support those functions. I partner closely with leadership teams to align people, processes, data, and systems, with an emphasis on solutions that are practical, scalable, and workable in day-to-day operations.I also serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and transformation leaders, including CFOs, COOs, CTOs, and functional heads, who are responsible for driving enterprise change. In parallel, I advise SaaS and technology companies serving the investment management ecosystem on product functionality, usability, implementation models, and roadmap priorities, informed by firsthand delivery experience in complex environments.I am currently a Partner at Alpha Alternatives, where I lead the Management Company Operations practice. In this role, I support transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, with particular depth in corporate finance within private markets environments. My work spans management company accounting and general ledger design, expense and cost allocation, treasury, FP & A, reporting, and related operating model considerations, while remaining closely connected to dependencies across the broader organization.A consistent theme in my work is building and leading teams that operate effectively across stakeholders and functions, helping organizations set clear priorities and execute against a pragmatic strategic roadmap.
