Partner with clientele and vendors in program conception as well as supervise the management of budgets, program logistics, technical direction, and staffing requirements to ensure successful execution of event components. Promote and develop innovative event design renderings through CAD programs and introduce supplementary content creation offerings to upsell company services. Create documentation illustrating technical equipment capabilities, inventory, and job-related procedures to improve team member knowledge and efficiency aligning with corporate standards. Act as Producer and Production Manager roles through various stages of event planning, implementation, and post-event, providing direction and team leadership as well as calling show cues to show technicians. Assist Producers and Project Management teams in the planning and execution of events by providing organizational resources, technical drawings, as well as the procurement of entertainment technology equipment required for their respective programs.
