   On contract with Spectrum Reach through Kforce I am leveraging my Scrum Master and Agile skills to serve multiple teams at Spectrum Reach, which generates advertising revenue from targeted ads to streaming customers.Coach two teams in the adoption of Agile practices in a SAFe shop, conducting all ceremonies such as stand ups, retrospectives, demos, refinement and planning. Both teams are remote, with engineers in other parts of the USA and in India. Collaborate with peers across the different release train teams. Teams are composed of 6-8 engineers, product owners and team leads who are part of three SAFe Agile Release Trains (ART). Contributor and facilitator of PI Planning, monitoring and reporting.Serve the team and product owner in turning requirements into working software. Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments. Progress is monitored daily; when problems are identified, work with the team to develop corrective actions. Manage and report the status of scope, schedule, resourcing and financials.Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office.
