I develop young footballers through my FOCUS Framework, building fundamentals, game awareness, and long-term performance using structured systems. I operate across the full player pathway, identifying talent early and developing it through structured coaching systems.(Talent Identification + Player Development) I work in youth football development as an AIFF D-License Football Coach, while also focusing on talent identification through grassroots scouting. Currently- Coaching U9 & U13 at FC Mangalore - Leading U13, U15 boys & U15 girls teams at HH International School Over the last 2 years- 20+ players progressed to football clubs - Players have represented at district and state level Alongside coaching, I work as a Football Scout with India Khelo Football, identifying and supporting young talent through tournaments and trials. I bring a systems mindset from my Mechanical Engineering background, which helps structure training and player development.
