Responsible for Health Platform - all systems used in 32 Hospitals as well in 4 clinics and 400 Gyms. Strategy- Enterprise Imaging (PACS/RIS/CVIS/Opthalmology/Theatre Stacks)- Electronic Health Records - Pathology (LIMS)- Medical/IoT Device Management - Payments - Point of Sale - Electronic Patient Management including patient synchronisations across 7 major systems Great focus on Information Security and Data Governance due to large amounts of very sensitive medical data handled by systems. That included GDPR, DPIAs, Information Risk Analysis, Data Ownership and Retention and physical security, e.g. data and interface encryption, network partitioning (VLANs), VPNs, etc. Integrations: DICOM, HL7, FHIR, APIs, etc. Notable projects Medical- All clinical systems in new Nuffield St Barts hospital - Hospital PAS/EHR replacement (Intersystem TrakCare)- GP PAS/EHR replacement (Vision, EMIS, DCA)- EHR system and web portal for Health Assessments (Lumeon CPM)- Emotional Wellbeing PAS/EHR (BlueZinc Caseflow)- CVIS systems replacement (CIMAR, Syngo Dynamics, Mediconnect)- Imaging Systems (Insignia PACS, Wellbeing CRIS, Syngo.via)- Medical Devices\' EHR Integrations (enovacom EPS, CapsuleTech)- Various (over 100) medical and gym systems and devices Financial- Card payments RFP (BarclayCard, WorldPay, Capita)- Debt tracking system (FIS GetPaid)- Payment system replacement (BarclayCard to WorldPay) Backoffice- Point of Sale PoC (Uniware) Various infrastructure related projects including devices\' integrations and management, remote connectivity, etc.
