My current focus is the emergent energy transition market, in particular helping develop and bring major projects to fruition by using my broad experience across all aspects of project execution.I bring over 30 years’ experience in engineering contracting industry including commercially orientated roles. This spans the full project life cycle and includes Studies, FEEDs, EPCs and BOO projects. My previous industry experience includes Upstream Oil and Gas, Refining, Power, Desalination and Nuclear energy, with more recent experience in carbon capture, blue and green hydrogen and energy storage. I excel at developing and managing successful teams, systems and processes to give effective business operation. My previous roles have included Head of Proposals & Sales, Head of Project Management Office, and Commercial Management. I am a commercially astute manager, as demonstrated by achieving Distinction level in my MBA course. I have successfully managed teams including professional / engineers, operators, workforce and support staff from a wide range of countries and cultures and am adept at building and motivating teams. I am recognised to be tenacious and able to tackle challenging situations that others have avoided.
