As a Clinical Operations Leader embedded with Astra Zeneca, I currently serve as the single point of end-to-end accountability in an FSP (Functional Service Partnership) model. Successfully evaluating and managing all resourcing, milestones, and compliance; reporting all progress to sponsor team. From Global Feasibility / Identification through Closeout Operations for assigned programs, leading all program teams and vendors on global, regional level or local levels as needed. My experience includes management of global teams and EAP / CUP (Expanded access / Compassionate Use programs); associated resourcing, logistics, and compliance to international regulations. Experience functionally and line managing associated roles (CRA, PSA, MSL, CPA, etc.) and supporting staff and their study assignments. Covering all therapeutic areas including vaccine studies, all phases & milestones from start up to archiving and from payments to drug supply. All while mentoring new staff and contributing to the optimization of systems and personnel. My experience excelling in Clinical Operations Management combined with my teaching and education experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Task Analysis, Organizational Behavior Management have enabled me to successfully manage my teams through the toughest of times, contributing to an increase in staff retention, ensuring today’s success continues into the future.
