I manage our enterprise-level asset optimization engagements with our customers across North America. Our consultatively-developed asset optimization solutions are comprised of software, services, and support. I work all levels of with my organization to customize each of these components in order to meet each customer\'s unique needs. This requires me to work cross-functionally, and I interface with marketing, sales, development, implementation, and support. From an external perspective, these engagements require me to interface with our customers up to CXO level. I have led several initiatives, including a national marketing campaign and new product development.
