ABOUT RYAN KILBURN

BCS accredited Business Analyst with 10 years’ experience, predominately within Financial Services. Well versed in a variety of fields within this sector, I have played key lead delivery roles within business/technology process outsourcing and transformation. I have obtained extensive experience in operating model design, solution delivery and change management within both operational and technical delivery settings, gaining a reputation for being highly versatile, dependable, and adaptable.I have performed a wide range of change roles; having started as a change/business analyst, I have subsequently practiced in additional capacities such as product consultant, product owner, operational solution designer and change manager. This experience has exposed me to all aspects of the programme delivery lifecycle; I have shaped new propositions, designed and led solutions into go-live, delivered complex change pipelines/backlogs and owned operational review/continuous improvement activities.I thrive on the complex challenges associated with system/process design and delivery. Highly methodical, inquisitive and detail orientated, I have an affinity for understanding existing business operating models and establishing new systems, functions, processes and procedures that resolve challenges and improve both productivity and efficiency, whilst meeting stakeholder requirements. I am highly experienced in gathering requirements for a range of organisational areas/purposes, and am a confident influencer at all levels of the business hierarchy. Having commenced my career as an operational delivery resource, my fundamental ethos as a change professional has always been to produce high quality outputs and deliverables that, putting myself in the position of the recipient, I would be able to confidently understand, follow and execute against.
