   In 2020, as both an Executive Consultant to the C-Suite of EMI Consulting and its acting Chief Revenue Officer, I assisted the organization through an acquisition by TRC Companies. Following the acquisition, I was asked to support the integration of EMI into TRC, with a focus on the creation of a new organizational unit (Advisory + Innovation Services), the organizational design of the new entity, go to market strategy, sales leadership & operations, development of a PMO and creation of a new combined delivery organization in this high-growth environment. As of January of 2024, I\'ve been asked to assist in the creation of a partner ecosystem for the Intelligent Grid Solutions division of TRC.
