ABOUT RICHARD CHAPARO

A proud 1st-generation graduate and excel-enthusiast, I am an analyst that can turn mountainous amounts of data finding actionable insights. At UC San Diego, mathematics and economics were my focus in my Management Science degree. Following 3 years in the banking world and my MBA at CSU Long Beach, I spent 3 years in aerospace at Northrop Grumman diving deep into analytics. My strengths include analyzing process improvements, presenting analytics, and leading cross-functional teams. Using charts and metrics to draw the business story to our directors, I provided proactive insights into possible future problematic areas and corresponding recommendations.In 2016, I set off to fulfill a dream of completing an around-the-world trip. I returned in the summer of 2017 after backpacking through 23 countries and began as a Senior Financial Analyst at Raytheon and was promoted to Principal Analyst. In 2019, I took time off of my professional career to take on my most impactful role: stay-at-home dad. During COVID, I was fortunate to start a new opportunity as Senior Analyst at Beyond Meat and left to focus more on SQL and data visualization in a new industry. I am now a CX Insights Analyst at Faire! At Faire, I develop data-driven insights to help CX leadership optimize performance tracking & workforce planning. I build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics models to identify key trends and drive strategic decision-making. My work involves translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, enabling teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.I\'m passionate about efficiency, learning, health, wellness, and the environment.
