   In my role, I oversee security monitoring and incident response across network, endpoint, and cloud environments. I record these activities using case management and ticketing systems, ensuring all details are accurately documented. I analyze cybersecurity control platforms and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems to detect anomalies and issues, which I then work to remediate. Additionally, I create and maintain standard operating procedures, runbooks, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in our processes.I engage in assigned security and enterprise projects, contributing to their success with my expertise. Part of my responsibilities includes conducting threat hunts based on existing SIEM alerts, where I proactively search for signs of potential threats. I identify potential intrusion attempts by reviewing event details and conducting thorough investigations.When I encounter suspicious content, such as obfuscated code, I deconstruct it using both open-source and vendor tools to understand and mitigate any potential threats. I also monitor and maintain network infrastructure hardware, including FireEye, Dell PowerVault servers, and VxRail, ensuring our systems remain secure and operational.
