As the SVP, Director of Mortgage Business Strategy and Operations at East West Bank, I oversee the design and implementation of Process Improvement Initiatives within Mortgage Operations, enhancing the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of Mortgage Operations. As the Head of Financial and Regulatory Reporting Change Management at City National Bank, I oversee the design and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of regulatory reporting across the organization. Some of the projects that I have successfully delivered include streamlining and automating the reporting process, enhancing the data governance and quality framework, implementing new reporting standards and systems, and supporting the bank\'s growth and expansion plans. Through these projects, I have leveraged my skills in process improvement, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and data analytics to create value for the bank and its stakeholders.
