In my current role, I lead the strategic direction of Tri City National Bank’s Information Technology department. Although still relatively new to my role at TCNB, current activities include heading up the executive IT Strategic Committee, building a new Data Governance practice, and building an IT Architectural Review Board to better align IT Strategy with Business Strategy, streamline technology evaluation, and create a forum to mindfully evaluate emerging technologies. I am working to introduce enhanced ITIL-oriented service management tools, processes, and metrics. I am building a project coordination practice within the department to better manage and report out on departmental initiatives. And I am partnering closely with my senior business leadership counterparts to help shore up security and compliance practices and advance our project and portfolio planning processes. For the moment, 100% of the IT staff reporting to me. while we reassess our staffing and coverage structure.
