Proven my ability to apply flawless launch and project management tools to ensure cost competitive and on time program launches. Strong communicator and people person with the ability to blend diverse skills and personalities to achieve success in an organization. I began my career in 1994 at Fairmont High School followed by an Associate Degree at Sinclair. I have honed my management and technical skills by following the examples of the wonderful people I have worked for and with over the years. My management experience has given me the opportunity to deal with people from all walks of life and demeanors. I pride myself on my problem solving abilities and I welcome change. My background as a Six Sigma Green Belt allows me to understand multiple processes, reduce variation, improve quality and through-put. I treat all employees fair and understand the harmony that must be maintained between management and union employees. I have always taken pride in my ability to achieve results productively and efficiently within the limits prescribed to me. I consider myself as an asset to any company I work for.
