About Brad Morgan
Having personally experienced the incalculable consequences of identifying a driving purpose in my life, I cherish the opportunities that I have in both my professional and personal life to assist others in identifying their values and goals, recognizing their strengths, and moving forward with intentionality. Before joining Thompson Burton, I worked in higher education for over a decade, serving in roles that included student services, policy drafting, and serving as an administrative law judge. I began my legal career at an AmLaw 200 law firm where I practiced commercial and financial litigation, as well as environmental and tort law. I currently serve clients in those areas. Having served on the Tennessee Supreme Court\'s Access to Justice Committee and receiving recognition as theTennessee Justice Center\'s Pro Bono Attorney of the Year, I strongly believe in the importance of the judicial system. A frequent speaker and occasional author, I look for moments of shared dialogue and learning, believing that every interaction affords the occasion to walk away a better person than before. Having grown up in New Mexico, I believe that the correct answer to the question \"red or green [chile]?\" is almost always green. During my free time, I enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and fishing with my daughters.
