   Member of the Commercial Transportation and General Litigation Practice Groups that specializes in defending national and international motor carriers, freight brokers, logistics providers, rail intermodal terminal services companies, transportation network companies, and rideshare companies against claims and lawsuits involving catastrophic commercial transportation accidents, personal injuries, property damage under the Carmack Amendment, and breach of contract. National Counsel for one of the largest trucking companies in the nation and is part of Gallagher Sharp’s Rapid Response Team that is tasked with immediately responding to accident scenes for the purpose of investigating and evaluating catastrophic losses for his clients. Coordinated and performed hundreds of Rapid Responses for clients throughout Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Florida, Georgia, and Oregon. My practice also includes representing telecommunications companies, in addition to manufacturers, general contractors, and subcontractors in claims involving construction defect, breach of contract, commercial disputes, and personal injury.
