I’m a Global Business Director of Customer Success with a focus in security solutions. With over 20 years of experience leading IT, security, and business strategy projects, I am a confident technical leader who directs high-performing teams and defines successful business strategies.Over the course of my career, I’ve served in many roles, starting my career as a Network Engineer and working through positions as a Solutions Architect and a Cloud Architect. Later, I held several roles in technical sales. I pivoted my emphasis in 2019 to focus on security, though the overall skillset I’ve developed throughout my career is much broader within the technical sphere. I love learning. I’ve prioritized continued education, earning over 130 certifications. I’m Microsoft 365 Certified as an Enterprise Administrator Expert, a Certified Cloud Security Professional, and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, to name a few of my credentials. As my skillset continues to develop, I remain committed to learning and growing as a professional. The technical field is ever-changing, which means that technical professionals need to be constantly learning and adapting. Creating secure infrastructure is one of my specialties, as is creating technical business solutions and strategies. In my current role, I’ve defined and reshaped the Microsoft business globally by building the customer success unit. As a Modern Work Architect for Microsoft, I trained and mentored the modern work architect team, expanded enterprise accounts, and improved business/customer relationships. In each of my roles, I\'m proud that I\'ve been able to make a measurable impact.I enjoy leading teams—in my current role, I lead a team of managers who oversee their own teams throughout Microsoft.
