As a career fulfilment and strengths coach, I\'m passionate about helping people feel calm, confident, and energised in their work. My mission is to guide you toward a more authentic, meaningful professional life — one where you feel aligned with your values, connected to your strengths, and empowered from within. I’m known for creating a calm, grounding space where you can safely explore what’s going on beneath the surface — without pressure or performance. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, rebuild your foundations, and gently find your way forward. As a workshop facilitator, I share reflections, tools, and insights on the challenges we often face at work — from stress and self-doubt to purpose and change. I blend Strengthscope® (a British psychometric tool) with positive psychology coaching to help you understand your strengths, shift thinking patterns, and flourish — in a way that feels like you.
