ABOUT ROBERT BERGERON

I am a fluently bilingual Senior Manager, with an Engineering background, having acquired more than 15 years of successful leadership experience. I have gained exposure in a various industries such as: i) maintenance and leasing of mobile equipment (including farming, trucking, mining, and heavy equipment), ii) the MRO industry (Maintenance, Repair, Operations), and the branded work apparel and facility services industries. My superiors have recognized my versatility and capacity to deliver results allowing me to obtain numerous promotions in several types of leadership roles. For example, I have either directly lead teams, or managed the leaders\' of teams, in the following focus areas: Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Warehousing, Repair facilities, Production, and Customer Service & Delivery. I have also had the opportunity of leading teams through significant change. i) Being a key enabler in a branch network restructuring initiative, and ii) having lead a team through the launch of a new product (valued at $100k) which required significant team-mission transformation. Problem solving is also one of my leadership strengths. This lead to me to being hand-picked to complete my certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, and to carry out corporate improvement projects during a temporal window of my career.
