I manage a small team of designers at Westland Horticulture, market leader of gardening consumer brands such as Peckish, Resolva, Boost, Unwins Seeds and Kent & Stowe. Overseeing all of the companies creative artwork I work closely with the brand team on B2B and B2C projects from brainstorming sessions to concept stage and presentating to directors through to launch. Other key responsibilities are supporting the companies on-line presence, working with freelance animators to bring products to life, art directing product photoshoots and attending packaging press passes to ensure excellence in quality. The client range is vast and as well as working on Westland’s brands, I also work on own label projects for major retailers such as B&Q, Wickes, Asda and Tescos.
