   Managed and served as the product owner and technical owner for Shared Services & Components, a suite of Azure-hosted services used by the Tax and Accounting division\'s global portfolio of cloud applications. Implemented tooling for administration, support, self-service sign-up, and documentation, resulting in accelerated delivery of value and higher quality across the division. Reviewed architecture designs and provided detailed design and process guidance to product and service teams throughout the enterprise, with a focus on the Tax & Accounting division. This collaboration led to improvements in the quality of cloud-hosted applications. Consulted for root cause analysis of high-impact application issues as they surfaced across the organization, coordinating reports with concrete recommendations for addressing root causes. These efforts resulted in clear corrective and preventive actions implemented by the development teams. Conducted technology due diligence for multiple strategic acquisitions by collaboratively analyzing and evaluating the technological assets and capabilities of target companies with cross-functional teams. Identified and communicated key areas of risk and potential improvements, which led to informed decision-making and enhanced business clarity for stakeholders. Developed and led the global rollout of the Technical Debt Remediation Framework within the Tax & Accounting division. This framework facilitated quality attribute measurement and capacity allocation, aligning functional priorities with quality objectives. As a result, development teams took ownership of engineering quality, with dedicated capacity to address technical debt.
