Lead field medical strategy across a large West Coast territory (CO, WY, MT, ID, WA, OR, CA, NV, UT, AK, HI) supporting rare pediatric oncology indications including high-risk neuroblastoma and osteosarcoma• Build and sustain strategic scientific partnerships with major academic institutions and national KOLs to support clinical development, investigator-sponsored studies, and medical education initiatives • Serve as a trusted medical and scientific resource for external experts, clinical trial sites, and internal stakeholders including Clinical Development/Operations and Commercial teams• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategic goals and objectives• Appointed naxitamab team lead and library club lead, facilitating internal scientific discussions by helping to identify and report strategic/business relevant medical field insights with senior leadership• Act as field insights and Veeva CRM lead for the MSL team, standardizing insight capture and leading internal calls to drive actionable medical strategy • Collaborate cross-functionally in a complaint manner to support and meet shared company goals, including speaking at dinner program events and providing AE/safety education training to health care providers, nursing, and pharmacy staff at key institutions• Represent the company at national and international scientific meetings (ASCO, CNCF, COG Fall Meeting, SIOP), advisory boards, investigator meetings, and site outreach for multiple Phase I clinical trials• Mentor, coach, and onboard new MSLs through disease-state training, product education, mock certifications, and scientific coaching, supporting rapid field readiness and performance • Contribute as field medical representative to the development of a 3-year, company-wide real-world evidence (RWE) strategy and plan• Create and update internal training modules incorporating emerging data, publications, and evolving clinical practice guidelines
