Leads the Demand Planning and Forecasting process of the S & OP for Europe B2B\\\\n• Facilitates the Demand Review process of IBP as part of Margin Optimization Team, working closely with the Sales Director and the Heads of Supply Chain\\\\n• Coordinates closely with Masterdata and CRM Manager for data preparation/accuracy\\\\n• Analyzes demand, forecast, opportunities, stock management, contract execution, seasonality, and market evolution to support business decisions for optimizing margins
