Revamp Business Portal (Merchant): Building the foundation for all the Merchant apps to provide more autonomy to the teams (updates coming soon)- Relaunch Tamara with a new Design System: Build the foundation and lead the implementation from scratch across all the Frontend projects- Customer Journey Tracking Implementation: Proposed, designed the event schema, and led the implementation of Customer Journey Tracking for the core product Checkout. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, & Engineering) to deliver the solution within a tight 3-week deadline. This initiative enabled the analysis of millions of users\' behavior, identifying customer drop-off points and driving data-informed decisions- Frontend Logging & Alerting: Introduced comprehensive Frontend Logging to capture user drop-off edge cases and implemented alerting mechanisms using New Relic, ensuring proactive issue resolution and enhanced user experience- Merchant Onboarding Portal Launch: Played a key role in the Merchant vertical by leading the rollout of the new Merchant Onboarding Portal. Managed a team of 3 frontend engineers to deliver the project on time, achieving a 10% increase in conversion rates- Frontend Chapter Leadership: Currently leading the Frontend Chapter at Tamara, facilitating bi-weekly meetings for frontend engineers to share lightning talks, discuss challenges, and brainstorm cross-team collaboration opportunities- A/B Testing & Feature Flagging Advisory: As a member of the Advisory Board for A/B Testing, Experimentation, and Feature Flagging, I am responsible for establishing engineering guidelines, SOPs, and developing a shared Frontend library in collaboration with the Data team to streamline processes across teams- Talent Acquisition & Team Building: Oversee the hiring process for new Frontend Engineers, including crafting job descriptions, coding challenges, tech interview question bank, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team
