Safety leadership embrace the Zero accident philosophy. • Provide oversight to ensure all necessary Safety procedures in place (JHA, Hazardous Pneumatic Safety plan Work Authorization LOTO Confined Space, Permits hot work, Permits, • quarterly inspections, directly handling Four Supervisor more than 200 craft.• Prepare test pack, pneumatic safety plan, hazardous work permit, for pneumatic and hydro test as per safety requirement and request PSV & PG per test pack requirement.• Coordinate hydro test and pneumatic test. • coordinate Fabrication, Fit-up, Welding, erection, Assembly, Alignment.• coordinate torqueing tensioning utilizing enerpac or Hydra tight tools.• coordinate air blowing restoration and punch list disposition. • Monitor Equipment & Materials Availability in the warehouse.• Participation in daily planning and handover meetings. Coordinate with field engineers to ensure all documentation and materials is available to support field activities. Coordinate planned work activities with other discipline supervisors. • Work closely with field engineering & client to verify & sign off test packs, before testing after testing after reinstatement. • Performing employee reviews, identifying training and development opportunities for crew.• Ensures that Bechtel and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility.• Ensuring the teams are using the most current design documents to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.• Monitoring tool usage on the site and working with engineering to prepare Field Material Requisitions (FMR) for tools and consumables and ensure that the piping craft has the tools required to be productive.
