Produce, manage, and deliver digital compliance training programme and policy book to a global audience in 15 languages. Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to succinctly define requirements and learning metrics to measure progress and report completion rates. Track and analyse learning metrics to detect trends and recommend risk mitigation actions. Manage the compliance training budget, procuring design and translation services for the programme. Create awareness campaigns and support materials for learners and HR business partners to support rollouts to all colleagues at Kantar. Respond to inquiries from stakeholders about compliance learning content, troubleshooting any issues as they arise. Oversee compliance learning courses in Workday according to governance and standards and launching training to appropriate audiences. Delivered a refreshed set of policies for Kantar which are relevant, easily understood, accessible, can be shared with key stakeholders and clients, and are supported by appropriate training and promotion/engagement. Developed strategic, tactical, and operational reports in Power BI to provide clarity/transparency for key stakeholders, including Executive Leadership Team, Audit Committees, and Ops Directors, to measure learning engagement, track progress against KPI and keep business areas compliant. Recognised as Super User and Expert in Workday Learning, providing valuable support and expertise to Service Desk personnel. Created compliance disclosures register and dashboard to monitor gifts and hospitality and conflicts of interest. Supported the Data Protection Team by designing audit templates to collect data to support metrics and created the Data Protection Risk Index Dashboard.
