My experience is mainly on the technological aspects of semiconductors manufacturing within BEOL PVD and Dry etch engineering as well as process recipe development. In the last 3 years I was working on different foundry projects supported the Dry Etch recipe development for foundry customers.I was leading the collaboration team with the customers for Dry Etch applications. Performing DOEs and skews for process development and recipes tunning. I have 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with various positions. 7 years of PVD (Adhesion films and Cu Barrier seed) process engineering, 14 years of Dry etch process engineering in via/trench etching. 4 years in Silicon Photonics process development as an integrator coordinating module engineers with the requirements.Prior to my TD role I was a technical leader in DE, I was leading task forces, using MBPS methodologies to solve complex problems. I understand process flow thoroughly which helps significantly in process issues and taskforces resolution. I was also leading the BE Etch matching working group making sure charts are all based on 6 Sigma and all tools have matching performance.
