I’m a Quantity Surveyor with over six plus years of experience across major UK construction projects, including student accommodation, public sector builds, and large-scale commercial developments.Currently working on the Manchester City FC North Stand Expansion - a landmark project including a 400-bed hotel and 8-storey commercial block - I manage multiple trade packages, subcontractors, and cost reporting in a live, high-profile environment.Previous roles include delivering the £50m Limelight student accommodation in Liverpool and commercially leading a £500k youth centre expansion, where I handled CVRs, forecasting, and client relationships.With a BEng in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Construction Management, and currently pursuing MRICS, I bring a technical and commercial mindset to every project.Open to connecting with professionals across the built environment who are passionate about delivering value and quality.
