Aside from helping buyers, sellers and investors since 1996, I\'ve also worked with and represented over 50 R.E.O. banks, asset management companies and lending institutions. In the 1990\'s, I worked with several HUD and REO properties, From 2007 through 2015, I gained extensive experience in the REO industry conducting numerous occupancy checks, negotiating and completing numerous Cash-for-Keys agreements, preparing numerous Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), and providing numerous Monthly Management Reports (MMRs). Also during this time, I testified on behalf of REO lenders at numerous Unlawful Detainer Court hearings and supervised 100\'s of court ordered Sheriff lockouts at the properties.
