Leader of all functions within accounting, tax, treasury, financial reporting, FP & A, and system integrations • Implemented and revamped new systems to automate accounting processes: ERP (NetSuite), accounts payable (Stampli/Ramp), inventory integration for thousands of items (NetSuite/Shopify), sales tax (Taxjar), payroll (Paycom), credit cards (Divvy/Ramp), etc. • Created processes for managing all software spend and saving the organization hundreds of thousands of dollars on an annual basis • Worked directly with operations and purchasing departments to improve our warehouse logistics and purchasing processes • Oversight of all reporting and SEC filings • Frequently in the weeds to understand and improve processes.
