In addition to my day-to-day recruitment role, I play an integral part in the strategic management of Sellick Partnership at Board level with a remit to oversee the training and development of employees for the business. Much of this work involves embedding our vision, values and mission across the business, with succession planning and continuous development. Investing in the quality and expertise of our people is key to the success and growth of our company. As we aim to continue growing organically, we recognise that the retention and progression of our staff will be a driving force to accomplish our goals and are proud to have been recognised for a number of prestigious accreditations that reflects this, including Great Place to Work® and Investors in People Gold.Outside of my day-to-day responsibilities at Sellick Partnership, I oversee and run the annual Manchester Professionals’ Football League which has supported St Ann’s Hospice for more than a decade. I am a huge supporter of the work they do and was delighted to be asked to be a member of their fundraising board in 2019.
