Manage end-to-end Production and Material Planning across multiple manufacturing units, ensuring synchronization between sales forecasts, inventory levels, and plant capacities.*Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts, open orders, and capacity availability to ensure smooth production flow.*Execute MRP (Material Requirement Planning) in coordination with procurement and plant teams to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials as per BOM (Bill of Materials).*Conduct forecast accuracy evaluation using MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) and implement actions to improve demand forecast reliability.*Perform capacity planning, line loading, and resource scheduling to optimize utilization of production lines and minimize idle time.*Carry out ABC and XYZ analysis for material classification, stock prioritization, and efficient inventory management, including safety stock, minimum stock, and reorder level tracking.*Review plan vs. actual performance, analyze deviations, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.*Support the S & OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process by aligning demand, production, and inventory plans across departments.*Maintain accurate planning data and generate MIS reports on production adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory status using Excel (Pivot, Xlookup, Dashboards) and ERP tools (SAP).*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning accuracy, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain performance.*Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PPC function, focusing on process standardization and data-driven decision-making.
